I did something to the muscles in my neck, shoulders and upper back. I probably slept funny. For a WEEK. All I know is, it burns and it's stiff and it's annoying. But at least the zinc has helped knock out any impending colds.
The sciatica has been acting up. I feel all creaky, like I'm old before my time. And I still look sixteen! Blargh.
Seems like the weather has been screwing everyone over lately. Headaches, backaches, sinus trouble, what have you. And it's supposed to get colder and colder now--Maryland is facing a massive cold front. *whimper* I'll need to stock up on moisturizers like there's no tomorrow. Fortunately for my wallet, I have several jars and bottles of stuff I have yet to use. Camellia oil, shea butter, emu oil, dimethicone...yeah. Good stuff.
My skin is still being stubborn. I still have these stupid red marks left over from the PMS acne. Thank gods for CoverBlend. And moisturizing lip balms. My poor lips have been peeling like crazy. That gloss I've been using really has made them fuller and softer and therefore less likely to dry out, but now the cold weather is just...gah. Oh well. I'll live. I always do.

Oh, and Justin Sullivan's new solo album kicks ass. It really does. It's good to meditate by too.

Welcome to Migraine City.
Population: One
Average Climate: Sharp throbbing to blinding pain
Popular Attractions: Extreme sensitivity, vertigo, nausea, throbbing vise-like grip, blurred vision, irritability.
Typical visitation duration: Variable. Most likely affected by changes in weather patterns. Usually open to tourism for several hours extending to a few days.
Interesting facts: Can be effectively shut down indefinitely by a combination of rest, painkillers, muscle relaxers, massage, herbal therapy and aromatherapy. May interact with neighboring areas such as Nerve Pain City and Muscle Ache City, which are normally shut down by the same combination of external forces. Reopens for tourism at random, depending on external weather and stress conditions, often reopening neighboring areas simultaneously. Residents normally do not travel outside borders unless forced.
