28 Years Later

Today is my birthday.
It is very cold.
I'm dressed in layers.
But at least the sun is shining.
I have on my favorite red lip gloss, black mascara, dark brown-green-gold eyeliner, and mineral cream foundation.
My boss gave me some birthday cash and a hug.
Today will be a light work day.
I will have cake at home later.
This morning my beloved held me close and sighed with joy at my existence.
Life is good so far.
