True Blood: Yes, Sam is a shapeshifter. Yes, any animal he wants. Yes, he prefers the collie. Still, all those wacky wonderful theories that were rampaging across internet forums and blogs since episode one were fantastic. And at least the television show drew directly from the book for Sam. Thank you, Alan Ball. Now, they just need to get rid of Amy and of Jason's V addiction. None of it is in the books and it's annoying me.

Adam is still in Newport News, and will be home tomorrow night. His boss recently made all the employees hourly, and while Adam is making a very good hourly salary, we want him to get as many hours as he can.

The fibro flare is finally gone, replaced by CP spasticity and stiffness. I can deal with that much more easily than I can deal with the fibromyalgia pain.
