"Our Father." Yeah, Heroes is still AWESOME.
Season finale next week. Should be fun.

The fibro flare (coupled with CP spasticity) has gotten worse. My left leg almost gave out while walking to the Metro, and I slept the whole train ride home. I stretched as much as I could while walking. My leg aches and throbs and I think that if I knew what it felt like to be shot, that's what it might feel like. I took DLPA and MSM and Omega-3, high doses, and then I'll take Valerian and Passion Flower and Cat's Claw, and hopefully I will be okay for the week. As far as pain-relieving, pain-blocking, anti-inflammatory, sedating, tranquilizing supplements go, those six are my top picks.

Oh, hells, I hate my body some days. I shouldn't say that.

At work, I've been using Sirsi Unicorn for the first time (at my old firm, I used TLC, which was nowhere near as fancy as SirsiDynix). I dunno why other librarians are complaining that Unicorn is too complicated. I just need to study it as much as I can, ask detailed questions, and I think I got it. Then again, I still have memory and concentration issues because of fibrofog, so I can't say much.
