Thirty

I woke up sick and called in to work.
I hate when that happens.
On my birthday, no less.

Adam helped me make pancakes, which were bland enough to not aggravate my stomach. I topped it with yogurt, to try and rebalance. Later I will make myself tea. Mom suggested activated charcoal, since this was most likely caused by bad food.

Adam, having the day off, will be preparing to plant a rosebush in the backyard.

I will do mild, quiet things today and stay indoors.

Also, I'm thirty. Or I will be officially at 11:58 PM tonight. Feels no different than my twenties.
