My birthday coffee says hello.

I put coffee in the French press and went upstairs so it could brew for twenty minutes. Then I went on YouTube and then I read webcomics. Two hours later, I remembered to plunge the coffee. This is really strong coffee. I should name it.

So far, this a very satisfactory birthday. I'm reading several books and watching Netflix. Later I will go for a walk. I still wish I had money for a salon hair coloring, that being the only thing I wanted, but I am happy without it. Body still hurts in a thousand ways, but whatever.

Well, that was the first time in years that I shook hard enough during a complex partial seizure to fall down. Now my neck is all tense, every muscle is spastic, my head hurts, my jaw hurts, and I'm dizzy and foggy straight out of Wonderland.
Props to Luna for mewing and purring at me and licking my face until I could turn over. Also props to the futon for being comfortable.

I don't know why I always start apologizing and crying after seizures. It must be a brain reboot thing.

I guess I can say it now without jinxing myself. I got a letter from my disability lawyer saying that a hearing has been scheduled for my SSDI case. I will see a judge in July. I've been nerve-wracked all day. I'm not ready to think about July yet but augh! So if anyone does tarot or prayers or whatnot, do so! I am feeling actually indescribable. Happy birthday to me? Also, the date falls between the birthdays of my husband and my mother. My fingers will be crossed a lot. Oh gods, this is really going to happen.

Okay, I am in love with My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic. I will now hunt dowm the figurines of Fluttershy and Twilight Sparkle, because together they are me, with a dash of Rarity.
