Holy fuck, massive fibro flare.

Too tired. Can barely walk straight. So, so tired. Like a train hit me.
Gods, what time is it? I want to lie down. Can't leave until 4:30.
Everything aches and burns so much I want to cry.
It'll be better, but right now? Nightmare.
I'm doing what I can. I took double the usual dose of Ashwagandha, which I only do when I have extreme fatigue. So far it seems to be working, just enough to help me drag through the rest of this day.
