worldswithin were exceedingly helpful. So was mistressrenet. Now my story can be summed up as "In a future world where psionics is the norm, a group of telepaths discover the depths of their unique powers, and are plunged into a series of struggles that will decide the fate of all reality." A bit melodramatic, but it's hard to beat what some of the feedback has given.
I feel a little silly. Here I was trying to come up with an ideal summary, and a bunch of people I don't know all that well did it for me in a snap. But I really appreciate it.
In my mind, Dana just breathed a long sigh of relief. Hey, her life has meaning now. ;)
When I get home tonight, I'll be writing on with a renewed sense of purpose. I really like that. My confidence is back.
I think I'm going to be fine.
