I just took 3,000 mgs of Inositol, 600 mgs of Passiflora, 500 mgs of Tylenol, two slices of chocolate cream mousse cake, a cup of hot chocolate milk, a passionate kiss from my fiance, several minutes watching the fish, a good whiff of the Electric Seven massage oil, and some playtime with a purring kitten.
I feel much better.
There is still eczema on my hands, though. Sigh.
