Open bigotry like that in our institutional court system makes me doubt the system as a whole. That judge has no place on the bench!!

Hmm. That doesn't sound legal at all. I mean what if the kids parents were Jewish and he went to a Catholic school? Wouldn't that cause just as much confusion. I don't see how they can tell parents not to teach their kids something if they can't prove that it would cause physical harm or something. Isn't confusion over belief systems a normal part of life anyway?
