You know what I love so much about my lover? He takes everything in amazing stride. If I am bitchy, emotional, needy, nagging, sullen, passive aggressive, combative, and grumpy, he simply and gently pats me on the head, shuts me up with a deep long kiss, says, "I love you, silly wife" and gives me a long hug that prevents any further grumbling. He doesn't argue back, he doesn't yell, he doesn't give me any ammunition; he just lets me get it out and then... he kisses me calm.
Sometimes I just want to be mad and bitchy and yell and growl... and then he smiles and kisses me and damn it, well, that's over with.

I guess living his whole life around crazy, emotional women will do that. I am his first truly sane lover after all. *grin*

What a great husband.
