brightrosefoxAlmost a hundred degrees in DC and Maryland. Humidity and tangible air and a blinding vibrant sun. I have started longing for Sedona, Arizona again. It's more of a dry heat there.
I believe now that getting extracts of Goji and Acai berries may be one of the best things I have ever done for my health.
I'm not in pain today.
I'm not. In pain.
Not even fatigued.
Beautiful.
All I took, so far, was goji, acai, triphala and silica. Next will be gotu kola, ALCAR, ALA, and CoQ10. At the end of the afternoon, spirulina. And I will be able to walk home without wanting to fall and curl up.
I had a wonderful lovely weekend. My best friend visited from New York. I need more weekends like that.
