I am not allowed to be fatigued and sore. Of all the days, no no no. I will not be in pain. There are two very good friends coming to stay with us from states away, whom I have not seen in a very long time, and I will not let this take me. Adam does not have to run off to gods know where this weekend. This is my time. I will have espresso when I leave work. I took spirulina this morning. Four grams. I will eat a lot of protein at lunch. This will not happen.
