Personal teacher is me

Another thought for 2004: Friday night I was lying with Dan on his bed and decided to sit in a half-lotus, since I never could do full. After about twenty minutes, my back and neck pain eased up. So I figure that another goal for this year is to get back into yoga and tai chi, and start studying Pilates and qi gong. I do most basic yoga postures without thinking anyway, so why not start doing them all the time? It would certainly help my poor bruised and banged muscles and especially my legs and the sciatica.
To help with the constant bashing and cracking of my kneecaps, I ordered a bottle of homeopathic arnica tablets. Both Beca and my mother have told me how wonderfully they work. I went to http://www.uncommonscents.com and went to the Badger Balm site and ordered the Evolving Balm, the Muscle Aches Balm and the Arnica Tablets. Those should work.
Oh, and Lissa, I did order a bunch of lip balms from that site. I got the Sugary Sweet Six-Pack, so when they arrive I'll do a taste test and let you know. I hope your kitten Gir is doing better! Being smashed in the head by a window would be beyond traumatizing. *shudder*
