Spirulina research, day one

Hey, Eric, you were right about the spirulina's effect on energy levels. I took three grams today and now my body feels as though it's just finished a long run. I'm breathing deeper, I'm much much more awake and alert, and my brain is really focused. My general mood levels are through the roof -- I feel overly happy, rested, and calm. No worries, no anxieties. Very very cool.
