I have learned that extreme temperatures combined with PMS will definitely cause my seizure threshold to plummet despite the Trileptal; neurologist suggested meditation as a backup, good of him. But good on me, bacopa and ashwagandha also work (I told him this, which impressed him).
I hate nightmares and crying myself to sleep. Inositol and Theanine work well for that.
I am still so confused by my body. The measurement numbers go up and down all day; never the same. Makes me panic slightly for a second. Stupid anorexia residue. Do I try cardio or strength training? I still prefer isometrics; those I can do anywhere anytime.
CP spasticity is driving me crazy. My wrenched left ankle feels almost paralyzed and my left hand won't stop twitching.
I have mild writer's block with a scene in Chapter 21. Fuck.
I'm too tired for this.
