I wonder if I am the only adult who has trouble making omelettes. I made one for breakfast, but it was not ideal. It came out fine, it's tasty and gooey and cheesy... but I knew I had the heat turned up too high so it's extremely brown and crispy. This is all right, I don't mind brown and crispy, but still. Also, I was having too much trouble folding it, so I had to fold it over twice -- it looks odd. But the olives are good, the provolone cheese is melted and muenster cheese is melted, and the garlic and pepper blend I added into the eggs while whisking really comes through in the flavor. So I did okay. I just could have done better.
You would think all that watching of The Food Network would sink in.
At least I have coffee. Jason made it before running off to work. I'm grateful. I use honey powder in my coffee. If you can get honey powder, use it in place of sugar. It's fantastic.

And if anyone wonders why I despise Netspeak and Textspeak so much, here you go:

Also? Leet makes me cry and beat my skull. If you ever, ever use Leet in my presence online and are not mocking or joking, I will shoot you, I promise.
