Blended further in coconut milk and a nice Chardonnay wine, a generous helping of sour cream, a sprinkle of sugar, various spices and herbs. On the side, cucumbers and tomatoes marinating in a tangy red wine vinaigrette. And, of course, glasses of the Chardonnay.
I normally don't like overly hot spicy foods, but Adam makes a mild curry that never gets hotter than the first taste, and is sweetened and tempered by other ingredients. I am training myself to appreciate and tolerate spicy foods, since they're so beneficial. I do love at least a mild curry.
