Mom took me to visit her friend Nancy, an esthetician and aromatherapist in Easthampton. Nancy gave me a free complete facial, with a chakra massage, chakra balancing, and foot massage. My throat, head, and crown chakras were completely blocked, and when she opened them I felt better than I'd felt in a long long time. We decided that I'll go to her every year for a free facial, every time I come home for Thanksgiving. Another treat to look forward to.

Adam and I might go to the movies to see "Beowulf" after dinner. I look forward to it.
