So. I have officially decided to call my migraine disorder Bill.

Even if you have not seen the films, I am certain you can figure out why.

Out of all my chronic pain disorders, syndromes, and symptoms, this is the one that makes me feel the most homicidal towards it (syndromecidal?).

The symptoms will be ninja assasins. Severity of the headaches will determine the ninja head count.

Pardon me, I need to find a yellow jumpsuit and a katana. I have a handful of ninjas to battle.

Huh. I did not know that. This coming from the guy whose office has all the fluorescent lights turned off and only a weak incandescent floor lamp on so he doesn't explode in pain while at work. (Maybe it's not migraines, maybe it's just run-o'-the-mill headaches. Or maybe I'm just cranky.)

Still, that Five-Point-Palm Exploding Heart Technique has gotta come in handy at some point. I may give you a list of people who need high-fiving.

I had a serious blow up at a friend a few weeks ago who said she has "at least" seven migraines a month. She had no clue that "migraine" wasn't just a fancy word for "headache" and thought I was being overly dramatic when describing them.

If she thinks they're dramatic when described, I pray she never, ever gets one.
