I'm reading the second book in CE Murphy's "Urban Shaman" series. It's absolutely fantastic. I love a book that paints a world so damn brightly.

We actually have plans for Saturday, especially Saturday night. Silly me for not realizing that Adam had already planned for those plans. It will be a happy time, to celebrate. I think I really need to celebrate other people's joy right now.

And would somebody please tell me why it is so damn hard to find a perfume oil blend of rose, neroli, and vanilla -- but without the damn ylang ylang? Ylang gives me headaches. And yet it is in every perfume blend I think I might want with rose and neroli.

It's because ylang ylang covers up the fact that the neroli in most perfumes is synthetic. You're better off going to buy your own essential oils and mixing them together yourself. :(

Really? Crap. Thank you!
(What the hell is the point of synthetic neroli, anyway? Yeesh.)
