brightrosefoxThe fibro flare-up that had exhausted me all of yesterday has spilled over into today. This does not surprise me, given the weather, my female hormonal shifts, and the allergies and headaches that will not leave. Naturally, I would be tense, which would lead to a flare.
The best I can do would be to keep doing what works, and push past it despite everything. I can still be cheerful and active even in the middle of the pain. It might hurt to climb up and down stairs, or walk, or type, or hold a pen, or cross my legs, or carry books, or even blink; but damn it I'll do it and I will crumble later, safe at home. After the chores are done.
August needs to go away now.
