Adam is making a chicken curry dish blended with all sorts of colorful vegetables. Blended further in coconut milk and a nice Chardonnay wine, a generous helping of sour cream, a sprinkle of sugar, various spices and herbs. On the side, cucumbers and tomatoes marinating in a tangy red wine vinaigrette. And, of course, glasses of the Chardonnay.
I normally don't like overly hot spicy foods, but Adam makes a mild curry that never gets hotter than the first taste, and is sweetened and tempered by other ingredients. I am training myself to appreciate and tolerate spicy foods, since they're so beneficial. I do love at least a mild curry.

That sounds so yummy. I love curries. I haven't made one in a while. I don't do the chicken thing but I can appreciate it anyways. I guess I make curries more in the winter when it's cooler. It's 104 here lately. Isn't there a belief that spicy foods are cooling? Maybe I should be trying that.

I have to keep stuff pretty mild or it hurts my stomach. Maybe I'll drag Tatiana and my mom to the Indian place one day this week. Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

I hope you enjoyed it. I'm drooling now.
