The firm closed at three, since we follow the federal government schedules for snow closings. I got a lift home. It's warm in here. I just ate a Krispy Kreme rainbow sprinkle doughnut.

Only...he's still at work in Virginia. It's half an hour away without traffic; and tonight it's supposed to get worse. There's so much ice on the ground and the snow is pouring down and not stopping. There have been dozens of accidents on the road so far.

Gods, please let him come home safe...please, oh, please...
