At lunch, I went to Fuddruckers and forgot that the Pro-Lifers were marching at Gallery Place today. Oy. I got to walk past a bunch of people holding signs with "Defend Life" and "I Love Jesus" and "Murder Murder Murder" while hoping people would pay attention to them. Silly narrow-minded humans. No, I don't love Jesus, and no, I'm not for Defending Life in the way you think I should (or maybe at all; I'm getting rather cynical these days) and no I don't want you to tell me what to do with my own body. Go away. Shoo! Leave me with my delicious Fuddburger! Yes, I'm eating red meat while still thinking animals are cute. Guess what, I'm a pagan witch, too. Bet that scares you, huh? Now will you leave me alone?

Anyway...

You can turn someone from vegetarian to vegan to anorexic in a hearbeat with that. Adam did, apparently. The most fascinating aspect about humans is that they truly believe the world exists inside their heads.
This is why I love that Oh My Gods comic strip... I just spent the last two days going through the entire thing from day one. It really lets you see just how freakishly narrow all these people can be when it comes to thinking about the world and other humans.
