It's a Being Happy Sunday
Dec. 16th, 2007 11:48 amIt's raining and cold outside, but inside I am warm and very happy. Billy and Charlotte stayed the night; Adam set up some bedding in the spare room, opening the closet doors and making a sort of bastardized Murphy bed stretching out from the closet. I woke up this morning at ten, and went downstairs where those three were continuing their game of Angels Online. Adam made a seafood and egg dish for breakfast and Billy made hazelnut coffee.
Yesterday, I bought a Foot Brush from Earth Therapeutics. It's got boear bristles and the handle is shaped like a foot. I'm going to try some reflexology therapy, which will include moor mud and rhassoul clay, once the packages get here. I should probably buy a roll of plastic wrap just for myself. Vicki's special Facial Oil will be perfect for an oil massage prior to the mud therapy for my feet.
I slept extremely well last night. Luna was being incredibly cuddly last night and this morning. I'm also doing very well with the coffee -- I'm alert, my pain is drastically reduced, and I'm smiling constantly. Of course, they've proven that smiling will make the brain happier.
