It's going to be a boy. Not a girl. I should have figured it out when I had that dream two months ago and my hips were broken, but he was running by me and his hair was very dark, and he was very tall with the broadest shoulders and most slender bones I've seen in a male human. Strange contrast. His eyes, I think, were blue.
But Charlotte saw. Danny saw. "It will be a boy. A big boy. You'll need a C-section otherwise your pelvis will shatter." Funny how Danny already knew, but never mentioned it till after Charlotte started scrying with Adam's pentagram disc. She told Adam that he was going to be incredibly happy, that a dream he's waited for will come true, and that I will be part of it. Marriage, maybe? Don't feel like jinxing anything, so I'll keep quiet on what I've seen.
But it will be a big boy. Joshua? That would be a kick. That may have been the original name of the Judeo-Christian christ. And our boy will be quite the pagan mage.

Then again, the future is never set in stone...

Jon and I are always joking that our son would be Jesus because of all my dreams about being raped by him and whatnot...lil' boy named Damien, born to a witch and an atheist...I'd laugh so hard... ;P

When I suggested Damien, Adam gave me this "You're kidding, right?" glare and suggested Jesus, laughing. I glared back and said that if we were going to go that route it should be Joshua, because everyone would still get the joke. Besides, we are Jewish. If we make his middle name Edward, it'll make Adam's family happy because Edward was Adam's beloved grandfather.

Huh. Now that's a surprise. I always did like that name, though. Knew there was a reason for naming my "baby boy" that...

it's a great name. just be ready to slap a lot of people when they ask you if you named him that because of "that movie with the bad kid"! (sidenote: my sister kira came along right after "the dark crystal" came out. my mom finally got so fed up with people asking about it that she would just say "yes, i named her after a muppet.")
diana is such a gorgeous name. it's one of my all time favorties. so graceful and strong. my girls are elizabeth tatiana and sorcha christine. boy, kids on the brain today! i *know* i'm not pregnant and neither is jo... hrm.

*sniggers* I'm pretty used to people making dumb jokes about my name or my loved ones' names...growing up with the last name May opened many doors to lame jokes...and I used to get people asking if my brother was named after the sandwich...his name's Reuben. ;P

Oh yeah...Diana's been my fave name for a long, long time...I've always felt a connection with both her and her Greek version, Artemis...to this day, I feel more at home in a forest than I do anywhere else. :) Very pretty names for you, too...

Eh heh...thoughts on kids and names seem to go in cycles...a lot of topics do...recently, it's been religion for me...oish.

Bwhah! Good for you! I don't really have the words for it, really...'cept yes, they make the biggest sacrifices that doe mean the most...and that disease research is really the only reason for animal experimentation...if you wanna test makeup, go to a public research thing and do it...they do that stuff from a company at the Mall Of America all the time, and get lotsa people to do it...I've done it a time or two myself, while they were researching lotions 'n whatnot, before my allergies sprang back up to full strength...sheesh.

As for now, I need to change the cat-box. *puts on a gas mask* Teehee.
