Random End Of June Sunday Update

brightrosefoxI've been applying Vicki's Gaia Facial Oil as a lip treatment every day, and unconsciously licking my lips. It's been about a week, and interestingly enough I haven't had any stomach issues with breakfast. Oh, and the oil is rather delicious. I'm pretty sure all the oils in the blend are technically edible, but obviously I won't push it. I've been wanting to take sea buckthorn internally again anyway, so what the heck, this could work. Besides, the oil seems to make my lips plump up like a smaller version of Angelina Jolie's lips.
On a skin care forum, someone said that skin creams and oils don't work, and people are better off spending money on injectables. I kept my mouth shut. I could have mentioned my facialist telling me that my skin is so youthful I could be a teenager, and I could have mentioned that I am friends with a skin care specialist/alchemist who actually makes products that work, but if the person on the forum wants to promote injectables over topicals, let her. They do work. But so do the right kinds of topical products. Skin needs moisture and collagen repair, regardless of the delivery system. Topical products will do all of that. Maybe not as dramatically as injectables, but they definitely work. So, meh.
Adam and I went for a walk around the neighborhood, holding hands and chatting about potential stuff to do with our townhouse over the next few years. Several of our neighbors have been renovating and adding rooms. Adam has suggested expanding the living room.
Rose is trying to play with the keyboard again. Excuse me. *throws hair tie*
Adam and I also made a killer chocolate cake: Layered devil's food cake with peanut butter and chocolate syrup in the middle, all dusted with chocolate Ovaltine powder. It is amazing, truly.
OH! OH! Jupiter and Rose are grooming each other on top of the kitty tree! OMG, it's adorable. Yay! Now if only Luna would do that!
