A few days ago, I found my anorexia scars triggered and opened by something that shouldn't have mattered. I found myself staring sadly at my reflection in every mirror I saw, constantly pinching and worrying over my midsection, obsessing about the size of my butt mourning the loss of tone in my upper arms.
And then I started reading this blog website, with articles by women who know that every body is beautiful. And I felt better. And I kept feeling better. I still feel better. It's going to be better. I had a slip-up, and it'll get better.
Going to do some Pilates before bed.
