The Mixed Tension Migraine, which I have named Jabberwocky (and it will be my stabby), is still rampant, but slightly tamed. I took pain relievers and muscle relaxants, and I was able to make that twenty-minute walk to the Giant and buy a few things. My head and body throbbed and pounded and ached and I should have brought sunglasses, but it went well. I'm eating Chobani yogurt, which is a comfort food for me.

It's a lovely day today. I appreciate this.
