Well, hello there, updated childhood.

I felt well enough to go for a nice walk: Fifteen minutes to the local Giant grocery store. Once in the shopping center, I went into the Starbucks with a five dollar gift card (it came from a magazine), and bought a small/tall iced Pumpkin Spice Latte with an extra shot of espresso. It was nice, but I think I do it better.
At the Giant, I bought a few things I'd run out of, and everything I got was on sale. So the cats will be enjoying some gooshyfood. I will be enjoying some pomegranate green tea, body wash with moringa and pomegranate oils, pumpkin spice granola bars, strawberry cheesecake ice cream, and some chocolate Ensure Revigor, because I love that stuff.

Also, I broke out the pumpkin scented deodorant. It's called Pumpkin Icing. It smells like sweet pumpkin pie, so it soothes my craving for pumpkin cheesecake ice cream.

I brewed a new pitcher of moringa tea with four teabags, so the tea is very green and very strong and very delicious. I put some in a little spray bottle to make a facial toner.

Adam returns tomorrow. He has emailed me his flight itinerary. I will see him Friday afternoon. He will have the weekend off.

I am now exhausted but pleased with myself. Now for writing and reading and resting.
