My fibromyalgia flare says hello to everyone and "fuck you" to me.
Hi.
The good news is that the whatever it was that had me knocked down since Tuesday morning has started to fade. Sleeping a lot has helped.
My throat is no longer sore. I do still feel achy all over, but that's a flare symptom. Now it just feels like a weird blend of chronic pain, hypertonia, allergies, fatigue, weather reactions, and joint pain.
Outside, it's been raining on and off. That's a trigger.
I've been drinking moringa tea by the pint. Strong and pure, unsweetened. Moringa apparently has high amounts of various vitamins, nutrients, amino acids, and phytochemical compounds. Its nickname is Elixir Tree. All I know is that it tastes awesome and I love it as much as rooibos tea, which is saying a lot.
