Scratchy

If it were only that easy.
I don't even know what this is. I have a scratchy sore throat, malaise, weakness, soreness, excessive warmth, chills, a headache, itchy eyes, legarthy, apathy, exhaustion, dizziness, and no appetite.
Also, yes, there is a fibro flare in there.

It needs to either rain already with the brief fury of a thousand rains, or the sun needs to come out in full force. Either way, I have fleece blankets, oregano oil, and moringa tea.

That was me this past weekend. From Thursday until about today, I was flaring from Lupus, AND had the cold from hell. I couldn't eat, sleep, or breathe. Luckily, it passed, so today, I feel half-human (which is typical for me), so I hope it passes in a reasonable period of time for you, too. <3

Oh, Jo-belle, it sounds like the flu. *makes soothing noises* I hate that, especially because the pain of flu is just worse if you already have pain issues. Shit, last time I had flu, I was up half the night writhing -- no fun.

*frown* Seriously? Augh. It better not be. I had a flu shot and everything - even though that may not matter.

The good news is that the symptoms aren't hard-hitting like flu usually is. They're mild and quiet and annoying enough to be mad at.
