Yay, modern medicine

Adam and I spent our afternoon at Kaiser Permanente, where his doctors are located. The official diagnosis is sacroiliitis, inflammation of the sacroiliac joint. His is on the right side. Makes sense, since Adam is genetically predisposed to lumbar spinal stenosis and spondyloarthropathy. Treatment is Vicodin, physical therapy and stretching, and light duty for a few weeks.
Adam will have tomorrow off, which is fine, since he needs the rest and his paychecks have been large enough. However, he may be gone this weekend in another state. That is fine, too, since we went grocery shopping today.
For me, there are strong pains everywhere with stronger pains in specific places (lower back, sciatica, neck, head hips). That is technically normal.
My plans include the usual: Write stories, read stories, watch stories, take walks, play with cats.
