This makes absolutely no sense. I do hope people in the high court realize that. Women have been getting abortions for thousands of years without "modern" medical tools (that could potentially show "undue harm to a mother and her fetus". Uhh, and your point is what? Plants and herbs can be harmful too, but did that stop anyone?) anyway; do they think a possible overturn is REALLY going to stop it? It's a part of life. Nature herself does it. No one, no one, can stop women from doing what they want with their own bodies, you idiots.
Either the article writer really needs to elaborate, or this is bullshit.
This just boggles my mind and hurts my head on the deepest level. This is one of the reasons why I am a libertarian. The right to have my liberties. Freedom of choice. Hear that, McCorvey? Choice! If I want or don't want it, it's up to me! If other women don't want it, by all fucking means, don't have one. As long as it's not used as birth control, it's fine by me.
