So, around eleven this morning, my boss and I went to a lawyer's office to help her do an online legal search. I glanced out her window and saw a torrent of snow pummeling the downtown DC rooftops. When I went out to lunch at noon, the snow was still falling heavily. By the time I left at five, the snow had stopped. We only have a few inches, but it's enough to officially declare Winter. It's also painfully cold. Like winter in January should be. I miss the seventy degree weather we had a couple of weeks ago. I like the warmth, thank you. My circulatory system wants it back! Stupid painful vasoconstricting Raynaud's Syndrome.

Eric, I just took my first dose of your Gokshuradi Guggul, and Dashmool, tonight. Two tablets each. Thank you a million times; my kidneys will thank you too once it kicks in. Although I have to wonder about taking the Triphala at the same time; the Gokshura complex contains all three components, as well as part of Trikatu. Maybe I should leave aside the Triphala until the Gokshuradi is gone?

Julie of The Little Soapmaker sent me two extraordinary body butters yesterday: Exotic and Tropical. All traces of eczema and dry, cracked skin are gone. Really. Even a deep paper cut is healing nicely. I love them! I'm going to get Sweet Orange later.
I've decided to get rid of a lot of cosmetics I'm not currently using too much. Anybody want? I might just give it away, but if someone wants to pay, I won't say no (unless I really love you, then I'll definitely say no). Something tells me I should just start my own business, but I'm lazy and broke right now and I have too much other stuff to do.

First priority now is the book. There are some rather intense scenes I need to get out of my head; need to finish this chapter and then estimate how long it will take me to actually finish the book itself. Luckily, I've built up a decent science fiction writers' network, and two people I particularly love, Charlotte and Beca, are both pushing me and pushing me to finish, so I should be fine. Charlotte has even set aside a folder just for me, and has set aside part of her library room for my extra books and inspirational literature. She set up a file for me on her computer desktop so I can come write at her place if I need to.

Soon, I'll have to post one of the new scenes. Sometimes they make me laugh. Currently they're making me cry. All artistic and creative endeavors should do that. I miss my children characters, anyway. Having five people you pulled from your personal fictional world (or wherever fiction characters come from) clamor for attention in your head can be very annoying if you don't let them tell their story.

Yes, I am being random tonight. I am also nicely energized from the arginine supplement (which, in turn, helped beat back a Raynaud's attack).

The Gokshuradi guggul is mostly Gokshura, secondary guggul and the Triphala/Trikatu/Musta ect are just a small part to balance it. That way you can take it indeffinately without side effects. The ancient Rishis balanced that out completely so there are no worries. That formula is in exact preportions as written in the ancient scriptures.

Yours sincerely,

Eric

So, I can take the Triphala as well? I was thinking maybe just two tablets of the triphala.

Good. I want to be able to completely balance and detox and strengthen my whole body and try to ward off anything that could harm it in the long run (cancer, viruses, bacterial infections, etc). Do tell me if I'm doing things right (or need to do more). We can learn from each other too -- I'll keep up with my research.

In a few weeks you might want to do some spring cleaning of sorts and go through everything your on and look at simplifying things.

If you feel better you should be able to do that.

I'm starting to do that already... I want to focus on immunity, stress defense, energy/libido, mental clarity, relaxation ... basically what everybody wants! I'm going to figure out which supplements are the best bet for doing that and just stick with those. I don't want to swallow too many pills in a day.

When I was sick, I took over 30 tablets 2 times daily, and consumed 65,000 mg of Vitamin C daily.

That was allot of tablets.

I would be more concerned with overlapping supplements. You dont want 3 things that do the same thing. I have trouble figuering out whats doing what when I take too many things.

Holy shit, that's a lot of tablets. What were you sick with, exactly, and for how long?

I have a feeling that if I at least just take Triphala, Gokshura, Chyavanprash and Dashmool, I'll be okay as far as preventing cancer or severe illness. Right? Wrong?

Very good point. We'll have to discuss that at some point. I know that Rhodiola and Chyavanprash don't necessarily do the same things, but Rhodiola and Ashwagandha might. That kind of thing.

I had severely deranged immune system, from over use of antibiotics and poor diet. Also that was the begining of my Manda Agni (severely depressed digestive system)

My face was always swollen, and red and my tounge used to swell up every few months. I had so many weird things happening.(that was when I did lots of experiementation in regards to immunology) It was crazy.
Im all better now.

I need to get my hands on these things your using, The Rhodiola and the Roobios and taste/use them. I do a sort of communion with each new herb, and get to know it.

Poor you! I hate antibiotic overuse.

Communion with herbs... that sounds about right. That's how I really fell in love with Triphala, Rooibos, and Rhodiola each.

I don't beleive your at a high risk for cancer, I would need to do your pulses to see if a specific organ is especially weak and therefore would be moving in the direction of cancer. but you appear from my observations very healthy. (from here)

It's hard to check from so many miles! I do have friends who travel back and forth to Florida; one of these days I might be able to ask if they can take me on a road trip...

I was just curious, because cancer is so incredibly prevalent and powerful especially in America.
