Things to do when it's 5 AM

brightrosefoxLast night, we visited Billy and Charlotte's and didn't leave till after three in the morning. On the way home, Adam suggested stopping at a 24-hour CVS. He wound up buying a huge load of stuff, including two boxes of hair dye in a color called Burgundy. He said he wanted to dye my hair. He thought I would look "gorgeous" in that color. The shade on the box looked rather...purplish. But I'm used to natural hair colors, so of course I raised my eyebrows.
We got home and by five, we were rinsing my hair in the shower. It literally looked like I was bleeding, it was such a dark red. After we showered and cleansed and such, we went back to the bedroom, locked the door, and he took pictures of me against a pink sheet backdrop on the bed. Then we screwed like rabbits till 8:30. He did such wonderful things to me. I lost orgasm count after fifteen. We fell asleep for three hours and got up when a friend called to say he was in the neighborhood. They're out back playing Magic cards. Why am I lying in bed under the warm covers when it's 80 degrees out? Because my throat, which has been hurting badly since Friday, is still hurting. It's spread to my ears. It hurts to swallow. I think it's the effect of a post-nasal drip that's being caused by all the tension and sinus headaches that have plagued me since summer began. Oh, yeah, my sinuses hurt too. A lot. I'm trying not to scream.
Oh, and here would be a picture of me waiting for the dye to set in. Remember, this was at five in the morning and I hadn't slept yet. I'll post an "after" pic later. Wow, this really is the most recent online photo of me.
