Dear Anthem Blue Cross PPO:

Thank you for still processing the paperwork that I sent in last month so I could be added to my new husband's insurance. Thank you for claiming I've have my card by July first, and then not sending it. I had to ask my husband to ask his boss to call you and ask you what was taking so long (as I am almost out of Strattera and have an appointment with a podiatrist next week, and I had assumed you had already processed my ID and group number, but when I tried to refill my prescription, I couldn't get it). You said that the paperwork was "taking a while" because of my cerebral palsy, because you were trying to get a discount for my disability among other things. That's very nice and all, thank you; but why couldn't you have told me that? You said I'd be covered starting the first of July. It's well past that now, in case you didn't know. And you never told me or my husband or his employer this? I would really like to have it taken care of. Soon. Thank you.
PS, if I get the card tomorrow, then never mind. Thank you again.
But you still should have told us.

*shakes head* Who knew being legally disabled could be so much friggin fun when it came to filing insurance paperwork?
