It is now raining and chilly, and that alone has set off a Raynaud's flare-up. My fingers are white. I can't feel my toes, my ears are numb, and my nipples are hurting. Pile that on top of a fibromyalgia flare, some cerebral palsy spasticity, and a mild tension headache. I can pretend to be happy.

You know, having both mild ADD and mild OCD as an adult explains a lot about my childhood and my current compulsions.

Speaking of compulsions, I should feel grateful that I did not go to Boston with Adam and I did not descend upon the Natural Products Expo East that is in Boston right now. I should be lucky that when Adam called me and told me that he was wandering around said Expo, I was not with him, otherwise we might have gone broke (I did whine and stomp a tiny bit, but in a humorous, self-parodying way).
The Natural Products Expo East will be in Baltimore next year. I live in Gaithersburg. It's an hour away. Guess what Adam has promised me?

My skin is so dry and cracked and red right now, and I am taking care of that quickly. Among my friends, I am the Skin Care Queen. My bathroom is a natural skin care boutique.
